Take Washington Avenue west from Crossgates Mall to Rt. 155 (New Karner Road). 

Turn right onto Rt. 155, follow it for about ½ mile….to the second building on the right called Business Centers of America in which you will find the office of Parakalein Counseling and Consultation Services.

From the west, take I 90 to exit B3 turn left then right onto Rt 22 South for ½ mile then turn left onto Rt. 102.  Follow Rt.102  to a blinking red light, turn right then bear left across a small bridge then turn left onto Swamp Road…..enter the first driveway on the right.

From the east take I 90 to exit 1 turn right off the exit then left onto Rt. 102.  Follow 102 through the village of West Stockbridge and turn right onto Swamp Road.  Enter the first driveway on the right.

From the north take Barker Street from Rt. 20 in Pittsfield and follow Barker Street which changes to Swamp Road in West Stockbridge.  2 Swamp Road is just  before you get to downtown West Stockbridge and opposite the West Stockbridge Grange.
